Enrolment
Phillip Island Village School currently has limited vacancies.
If you are interested in enrolment for Foundation students in 2024 or beyond, please follow the steps below to ensure that your family has a good understanding of PIVS’ philosophy and practice before submitting an EOI.
Have you read our Philosophy and Mission, Vision and Values documents?
Have you read our School Fee Policy?
Have you reviewed our 2024 School Calendar?
Have you reviewed our Enrolment Agreement, Enrolment Policy and associated Schedule?
You can arrange to visit our school to see the model in action – it does look quite different to other schools. The visit will give you a good idea of whether your child(ren) will thrive in the Phillip Island Village School environment.
Families with pre-school aged children are encouraged to attend our weekly playgroup during school cycles.
Once you have read and understood these documents, and if you feel that PIVS is a good match for your family, please download the EOI form and email it to admin@pivillageschool.org.au with any other information you’d like to share.
School Calendar
Phillip Island Village School operates on a slightly different timetable to other schools. We have eight six-week cycles (five weeks of school followed by a one-week cycle break). In the middle of the year we have a two-week cycle break. We have found this allows students and mentors to be refreshed and fully engaged for the full cycle without experiencing a dip as the term progresses. Our school hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 3.15pm. This is our 2024 School Calendar.
School Fees
PIVS fees in 2024 are $1026 per child per term (equivalent to two PIVS cycles), which includes lunch, snacks throughout the day, most excursions, camps and learning materials.
